1. Ratifying the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA)

As your congressional candidate for Arizona's 7th district 2026, I am committed to ratifying the Equal Rights Amendment. The ERA is essential to ensure equality under the law, regardless of sex. Here’s how I plan to achieve this:

  • Introducing Legislation: I will introduce the "Equal Rights Amendment Ratification Act" to Congress. This act will propose an amendment to the U.S. Constitution to guarantee that equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any state on account of sex.

  • Supporting Reproductive Rights: I will advocate for policies that protect and expand access to reproductive healthcare, including contraception, family planning services, and safe, legal abortion.

  • Restoring Reproductive Rights: Following the overturning of Roe v. Wade, I will fight to restore and protect reproductive rights at the federal level, ensuring that women have the freedom to make decisions about their own bodies.

  • Promoting Comprehensive Healthcare: I will support legislation that provides comprehensive healthcare for women, including prenatal and postnatal care, cancer screenings, and mental health services.

3. Addressing Economic Inequality

Economic inequality disproportionately affects women, and I am dedicated to creating policies that promote economic justice:

  • Equal Pay for Equal Work: I will support and advocate for the Paycheck Fairness Act to close the gender pay gap and ensure that women receive equal pay for equal work.
