As a congressional candidate for Arizona's 7th Congressional District in 2026, I am committed to advocating for digital privacy and the "Right to Forget." This policy would empower individuals to request the removal of outdated or irrelevant personal information, such as old posts or pictures, from the internet.

To achieve this, I will work on amending Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act to incorporate provisions that require technology companies to honor these removal requests while balancing the public's right to information. By collaborating with tech companies and creating clear guidelines, we can ensure that your digital privacy rights are respected.

Furthermore, I will propose the establishment of a regulatory body to oversee compliance with these new regulations, ensuring that requests for content removal are handled efficiently and fairly. Public awareness campaigns will also be launched to inform citizens about their rights and the process for requesting the removal of personal information.

Through these efforts, I aim to protect individual privacy in the digital age and provide a legal framework for managing one's online presence. Together, we can create a safer, more respectful online environment.
